Fun Fall colors

I always love a good transformation! and fall is the perfect time for a little or a big change. We see a little less sun, so alot of my clients have been going darker to add that contrast and perk up the natural tones in your eyes and skin colors. The first is my cute coworker Alyssa, who also does my nails.

I loved loved loved Alyssa's ombre! and now I love her dark! We did a straight level 5 violet and oh my heck... a little obsessed! we also added the bangs just for fun:)

and this is my beautiful sister Lindsey, I've blogged about her before but I always LOVE her hair! originally she had an all over red/violet. All we did was add a little deeper if that color on her roots, and balliaged some highlights underneath for some dimension. still very appropriate for fall:)

and these are my amazing mermaid nails she did to match my haloween costume:)

Brides!

Usually my busy time for brides is more into the spring and summer months. This year I had a few more in the fall which makes for some cold early mornings, but some beautiful brides!  Here  just a few of the work I've done lately.

Lexi

So can we just talk for a minute about how beautiful this girl is! Good heck! So I got to see Lexi twice in two days. She first came to me and only wanted a trim... no layers, because she had a bad experience with them. Well throughout her service she began to tell me she had always wanted a melt and she liked her cut so much she decided to let me do her melt the next day AND add layers! All we did was lighten her ends.

Turned out so dang cute! Now she has cute hair to go to college with!:)

This is my cute friend Jen! She wanted to get rid of the brassyness in her blonde and go a little more on the platinum side! and it turned out perfectly:)

Alyssa

I have the great (and fun) privilege of working with this adorable girl! She does my nails and is absolutly amazing at them! and this is coming from someone who is a little OCD about her nails! Anyways, I love love love her ombre! not to mention she has the most GORGEOUS hair (and face) to begin with! Enjoy:)

Kasie

Talk about amazing hair! She brought in a picture of Victoria Beckham's A-line and we pretty much nailed it! I cut most of it with the razor to give her lots of texture.

Melissa

Such a sweet lady! I always look forward to seeing her! before we had just done some peeking highlights through her bottom.layers to give a very subtle effect but today we wanted to brighten things up! We lightened her previously light pieces and then added more light brown and caramel to her ends for more of a melt! I love how it turned out,:)

LAS VEGAS HAIR SHOW!!!

I absolutely love doing continued education! It always vamps up my energy for the salon and I love learning about new products and techniques! This was my second time at the show and it gets better every time! I went with such a fun group of girls and we managed to fit in some fun Vegas time while we were there:)

How cute is this girl!? seriously! She came in with this gorgeous natural hair color and wanted a bit of a melt to brighten it up for summer. I am in love with the results!

Brazilian Blowout

I should have titles this post " heaven sent"! This is amazing stuff! This is my cute co-worker Tristan, I love her to death! She has natural curl/wave that is really pretty but she experienced alot of frizz even when she would use smoothing products and flat ironed her hair. After the blow out her hair is frizz free, smooth and it relaxed her natural curl just a little! the picture doesn't do the shine and texture justice but you can see the jist. SO AMAZING:) I'll be doing this on my hair

Sweetest.girl.ever! No seriously, like EVER! I had so much fun doing her hair and giving her this transformation! I love how much the color brings out the warmth in her skin tone! Crazy what a little color can do;)

Dix... AGAIN!

I have done a previous post on Dix before but his hair is too awesome not to share again! plus he has THE BEST before and after pictures ever! He was pretty excited to get his hair cut because he had waited so long! He told me " I am your canvass, you do what you want." (words every hair dresser dreams of hearing!) So, this is the end result. I'm kind of loving it!:)

Vamped Up!

Allie is back! We did her first melt a few weeks ago,just to test the waters and see how she liked it. this time we went a little closer to her natural color on her roots and brightened up the ends for more contrast, threw in a few flat iron curls and viola! Perfection:)

Wedding season has begun! And I am absolutely loving this bridal hair!

Olly Murs?

This is my friend Jordan, he has awesome hair! I always look forward to cutting his hsir because we have been doing some fun stuff with it lately. before he came in I sent him pictures of Olly Murs (who is a total babe btw) and suggested we cut his hair similar to that so we gave it a shot and I think it turned out pretty dang cool:)

Waterfall braid

These braids are getting more and more popular and I am loving it! They are so easy to do and can be worn for any and all occasion! I did this on Cameo today, it was a practice for her wedding on Saturday! it was too pretty not to post now so I'm sure there will be more to come!

Sydney

Beautiful right!?? Sydney is s really good friend of mine and she has gorgeous hair! She came in today and said she either wanted to go all dark or really blond.... so we went dark and im a little obsessed! It really brings out the warmth in her skin tone, makes her eyes pop, and iI'm pretty
sure she is glowing!

Sherry

Sherry is a new client of mine and im so happy she came in today! she obviously had alot of hair to begin with so we gave her a slight A-line and lots of texture! I don't know about you but I think she looks like a whole new person! I love these before and afters!!:)

Austin

Austin is such a fun client! he is always very trusting in any hair advice I give him and will let me try out new stuff on him! I wish I had taken a pic before we cut the sides but he had some crazy hair and we just did a little bit of a fade in the sides!  #2 all over and #1 around the ears.

Vienna

I love love love pixie cuts! and dramatic outcomes ans I think this is by far my most favorite  before and after picture possibly ever!

Michelle is such a sweet client and I love her to pieces! we have done alot with her hair and she decided to get extensions and go darker with a bit of a Melting effect! this picture doesn't do her justice for how much her eyes pop with this color! she looks amazing no matter what we do with it:)

the "Jef Holm"

Alright, confession time... I  may or may not have a slight obsession with Jef Holm...

so heres the deal, I really really love his hair! he was my favorite on the bachelorete from the second I saw his hair! and then he turned out to be the winner! I drove all the way to Idaho to meet him in this picture and gave him my business card and told him I wanted to cut his hair! Well I have yet to cut Jef's hair but I have the next best thing!

Tanner! he actually already had this idea and so graciously let me be the one to cut it for him:)

Miss Becca

 Becca and I grew up in Idaho together and I have so much fun doing her hair and reminiscing on old memories! she has been pretty blonde majority of her life and decided to take the plunge and go darker! and I must say she pulls it off perfectly! What a lucky girl to be able to pull off both!

Allie

Allie is such a fun client! alot of the time she knows she wants something different and kind of just lets me have free range of creativity and I love it! So here are a few of her before and afters :)
